Meet The Maker

Meet Jamie from FLOCK, a small artisanal brand designing and making farmland, sea and woodland creatures from 100% wool felt at his Dublin studio. I first met Jamie when we traded together at Cow's Lane Designer Market and we have stayed in touch ever since. We have been stocking his work on and off for many years, when Jamie can squeeze in time to get a shipment to us while also caring for his two young boys.

His studio was once and old butcher shop but now it his creative space where he creates his masterpieces with his bare hands, some olive oil soap bars and water.

Jamie has many different animals and creatures within his collection. Each time we stock his work, the collection is varied which is very exciting for us.

An incredible amount of handwork goes into each of these pieces.
The wool is hand manipulated to create the forms, then finer details like
the eyes and feet are individually hand-sewn.
